1. Online Business Development Manager

Description

The Online Sales Manager will be responsible to drive revenue and growth through the various Online Channels of the company which includes the Futureworld Online Store, Marketplace Store, Facebook & Social Store.

Main Tasks

  • Meet the required Online Store Revenue Target to be set by the Management.
  • Develop Online Sales strategies to meet revenue and growth targets
  • Implement and utilize Google analytics to track sales trends and identify opportunities for growth
  • Conceptualize digital marketing initiatives, analyze data and measure results
  • Plan and monitor Google Ads paid search/GDN marketing campaigns
  • Create and manage product descriptions, product information for online channels which include the Futureworld Online Store, Marketplace store & Facebook & Social store.
  • Become immersed and educated in all of the Futureworld categories, brands product offerings in Vietnam
  • Conduct extensive online research, at all times understanding marketing and sales strategies from all major ecommerce retailers
  • Actively participate in scheduled internal weekly and annual sales meetings, preparing in advance to share relevant and beneficial information
  • Collaborate with Retail Sales Team, Marketing & Design team and Management to ensure that you are offering the very best assortment to the customer.

Job Requirement

  • 3-5 yrs+ experiences in Online Sales / Digital Sales / Digital Marketing would be required
  • Good communication ability in English & Vietnamese.
  • Ability to plan, execute and implementation skills.
  • Able to work in pressure environment.
  • Strong Sales Target oriented business execution skills.
  • Ability to set target and drive the numbers.
  • Ability to customer management and accounts creation.
  • Good knowledge in IT Technology.
  • Apple products knowledge would be added advantage.

1. Store Manager:

Job Description:

  • Managing all activities at store: work with shopping mall/ landlord about regulations/ working hours/ uniform, v.v.., cooperate with internal departments, manage operation at store.
  • Keep their eyes on managing/ consult/ guide retail sales team about sales at FW retail store under the direction of company,
  • Keep their eyes on managing/ consult/ guide retail staff to display of goods by Apple’s standards
  • Managing and training to sale staffs
  • Be responsible for business development and retail sales targets.
  • Be responsible for managing the marketing  activities  as well as good communication with old and new customers to improve  sales of the store
  • Finding new customers by new creative activities and events , promotions to attract the customers, negotiate and selling products and service.
  • Keeping good communication with management to ensure update the business progress and committed activities.
  • Delivery the Strong Leadership role to manage the team with good motivation to achieve the individual targets.
  • Upkeep the strong product knowledge with Demo and sales closing ability.
  • Inventory planning. Stock aging monitoring, Sell through analysis.
  • Inventory & Sales forecasting with management.
  • Strong sales Target oriented biz execution & work in pressure environment..
  • Execute, conclude and close the sales call.
  • Must demonstrate the strong Mac OS / iOS, apple products knowledge.
  • Ensure the proper staff discipline in the store, house keeping, merchandising, New product launch activities, daily sales reports, weekly sales analysis.

Job Requirement

  • 5-6 yrs  experience in retail/ store management
  • Good Educational back ground minimum Graduation.

2. Corporate Sales Executive / Corporate Sales Manager

Job Description:

  • Identify the potential customer database.
  • Making email/ telephone call to seek appointment. Face to face customer meeting and briefing the Apple products lines as well as Futureworld credibility.
  • Identify the demand of the customer.
  • Finding customers, negotiate and selling products and service.
  • Developing the sales target and database
  • Quote submission/ Follow up quote, clarification and negotiation on terms.
  • Securing the purchase order and full fill the order and closing the call
  • Credit sales AR follow up.
  • Prospects/ quote data base creation and follow up.
  • Be responsible for business development and sales targets about corporate.
  • Be responsible for account management of existing corporate customers and development new customers.
  • Weekly presenting the detail to immediate Manager.
  • Target v/s achievement analysis.
  • Be responsible for developing the Target market and responsible for collecting target revenue.
  • Company reserves the right to fix/ change the target set subject to the sales season as well as company biz orientation.

Job Requirement

  • 2  – 5 yrs+ experiences in Corporate Sales/direct B2B customer for selling devices & technology
  • Good communication ability in English & Vietnamese.
  • Ability to plan, execute and implementation skills.
  • Able to work in pressure environment.
